Hi,

My friend is using a very same yet more profitable strategy and I think he will won't mind if I share it with you.

Basicly he is buying off blogs focusing on only once niche and completely re-designs the website, and does everything in order to improve it. After this he ads his own content with several affiliate links, but not just affiliate links. After he earns back the investment (generally fast because the site ranks good and has nice content so there are many returning visitors) he sells the website for 10X more than he invested.

This strategy can be very effective but in order to work you need to have very much free time and patience because you will need to manage several websites at the same time and you will need to invest a lot at the beginning. ;)

Interesting way to do it but there is nothing to stop the next person deleting all his affiliate links aswell and erasing any chance of passive income snowballing
