I have an idea to pull all of our mainstream projects together into one or more unique umbrella formulas, allowing us to attract larger non-adult clients -- with an emphasis on higher-order thinking. Combine all of our specialized experience/resources -- for example: advanced traffic generation techniques, data-mining, network architecture, yadda yadda -- we have loads of specialized experience here, when packaged, would be very appealing to the "outside" world -- especially when presented in a very smart package, emphasizing the scale of our "organization" -- but we will present ourselves as a single operation -- each of us will be each other's customer and on the surface, all of us will be each other's employee/boss/etc.
This effectively expands your portfolio, # of employees, management experience and resume exponentially. With a little organization, good communication, and by utilizing all of our resources (example: get your people in on it) we could out-shine some really big players.
Simply put: your business will appear larger and you will get more exposure. Why just be the president of your own company when you can easily (with my plan) rack up some impressive job titles all over the place!
If you're lazy, this is what could happen:
Plan A: Provide me with your professional contact information, resume, the domains of our reputable mainstream projects/services, all me to learn enough about you to speak of you as my own employee. Now my umbrella site can show you as an employee -- we'll decide on an impressive job title for you, and transparently advertise your services as part of my site's core operation -- passing you down business and exposure and expanding your resume and portfolio!
Plan B: If you wish to duplicate my efforts with your own umbrella site -- I'll help you as much as I can -- just work with everyone in the network individually so we don't end up with people being an employee of a place that they don't want to be associated with...
This site would have to be strictly mainstream/professional, using your real name, contact info, resume, professional experience, yadda yadda... so I'm not sure how many people would be down for this, but think about it this way... 5 years from now you are in my shoes and you look at your resume and there's a big fat gap -- but it doesn't need to be that way. Our operations are very sophisticated and we're at the top of our class as far as know-how, resources, etc. So I ask you to strongly consider the non-adult face of your operations -- we can network and share ideas on how to present ourselves with the max credibility that we deserve.
