Spam Blocking

I saw some angry spam messages and was wondering if anyone is using spambayes or another spam blocking tool?

I started using Spambayes (http://spambayes.sourceforge.net/) a couple of months ago and it's awesome.

Only problem is you need to be using Outlook or do a bunch of configuring.

Any other good ones out there?
