I am looking for a Hand submission service and a Content Provider for a biz opp

The content provider must be able to sell content in sets of 15-30.
The content provider must have a wide variety of niches within their cache of content.
The Hand submitter must be able to split up campaigns into 7-14-30 day campaigns.
Both must be interested in a very unique opportunity and intend on following through every step of the way.
