Do you pay a street performer because he is pathetic or funny?

Some street performers work their asses off and walk home with only a few dollars. Just think of a juggler, or a mime. It takes ALOT of practice to get their act right, and to perform it well each and every time.

OK well performers Yes maybe I give them a buck or two but at least they are working for it and entertaining me for a moment....instead of a sad, loney guy with a hat.

only two people ive ever given charity cents to on the street...
1) will take verbal abuse for a quarter
2)will do a backflip for chance

both were well worth the pocket chance ;)
