average size gallery?

in kb? I just made this gallery its 200kb and Im thinking hot DAMN thats big or am I still in the freaking ice ages or something? whats a good size for making galleries?

Here's some good standard specs to go by:
730px width X 900px height (gallery size)
100px width X 120px height (thumb size)
120kb or less (filesize)

Obviously, less is better. But, this filesize is (Before) adding your thumbnails and animations.

If you can get it to between 70k and 90k... You're good as it gets. :)

This is just speaking for fairly advanced galleries.

Simple galleries shouldn't be more than like 50k or so.
