I have used some tube scripts Kernel Video sharing (http://kernel-video-sharing.com/?ref_id=216), tubex (http://www.jmbsoft.com/software/tubex/). The first script is written by Russian programmers but they do have good English speaking support. It has 3 versions with different features and price. The base version costs 150$. The full version costs 700$. Using it you can build media site or pay-site. They are going to issue free version (it will take 1% of your traffic) . Even basic version has a lot useful features. Their flash player (you can purchase it separately) can show advertisement before playing clip, after it will be over, even when video is paused. You can create profiles to import video. You can grab both flash galleries and usual old type galleries. Script will convert and join to one clip movies in different input formats (avi, wmv, mpeg). You aslo are able to import movies in flv. If you don't need users to add their own videos basic version will perfectly suits you. Full versions have different billing systems, supports creating trailers directly in script and much more.

Tubex is effective tube script which costs 70$ per single license and 400$ per unlimited domain license.

I have also tried that free scipt (http://tubescript.nubiles.net)
It seems to me to have some bugs.

You also can try smart sj (http://smartcj.com/).
This is very nice scripts, it also has built in trade script. First licence costs 199$, each next- 120$. It has free version.
