I feel there are alot more women than we think working in this biz. One thing about us guys, we like to be more visible and there might false a perspective that not many women work in the biz due to that fact. The women are alot more lowkey and get the job done.

Seriously though, I find there is a lot of woman in this industry, a lot more now then when I first started. You would be suprised how many woman work in all different areas.

i think when i started there were a total of 5 women in the industry ... and the majority of them were from the gay market .. now i would say that there is a good 30-50 women in all positions in the industry that are pretty high profile... and prolly another 50 that are not ever seen ..
