Google doesn't like redirected domains. It's best to put up a site and optimize the pages for it, then resubmit it. You may also get away with masking the domain. But a simple redirect will usually get you dropped.

Yea, google is a horrible monster when it comes to dropping sites from search engine results.
My sites fluctuate from time to time, and the only reason I can figure why is human editing. If my site gets reviewed by someone having a pissy day then they ban me, I re-submit and I'm fine for another 6-9 months until some new employee on their rag has their way.
The only things I've noticed for consistancy are using adwords (yea google likes to make money from themselves -- too bad it's only for non-adult) and avoiding too many banners or obvious affiliate ads.

I've also found out that if you post too many re-direct pages at once, Google gets suspicious and flags your site. Its best to add re-direct pages in moderation and gradually.

I have actually seen adult sites advertised on AdWords before. I use GMail for my sites email and see the adult ads on the right from time to time. Maybe they sneak in under the radar every once in a while and eventually get deleted, but I do know that I have seen them. Google would be stupid not to accept adult advertising because its money in the bank...not that they need it.

If you want to re-direct, 301's are SEO friendly.
Also put more pages & content on your site and add a sitemap.
