I can provide a HUGE amount of unique traffic very quickly.
These will be real visitors, not bots or some lame program.
To prove it I can provide a trial run of 100 unique visitors in about an hour for free.

My prices are as follows.
$150 per 10,000 unique visitors. (10,000 unique visitors - approx 24-48 hours)

I use a marketing technique that most people have no access to and will bring in traffic from unique IPs around the world. I made the program myself and it's been in development for over 2 years. It's a type of Instant Messenger advertising but I have worked very hard to make sure it cannot be classified as IM Spam. It isn't spam because it doesn't advertise anything without their consent. It has a type of artificial intelligence engine built into it that looks for keywords. It sends a pm such as "Hi. Interested in seeing a great site?" to people listed in their public directory. It uses an auto responder to see if they reply. If they say "yes" or something similar it sends them the URL. If they say "no" it says "Okay. Sorry to bother you." If they say anything else it says something more about the site and asks "Interested in seeing the site?" again. The messages it sends are changeable so it is different for each new advertising campaign.

If interested in the 100 visitor trial offer see signature below.

How can you be certain you're not sending adult sites to minors?

Good question. There is actually no real way to ensure that minors are not clicking through to the sites. What I do in that situation is to basically say it's adult content and that you must be 18+ to enter the site. If they still click through at least I have specified what it was and given them fair warning as to what the content contained.

What about the quality of your traffic? $150 for -just- 10.000 isnt kinda cheap, so some feedback from your customers would be interessting.

Your Bottom Line ( as a Business person ) is conversion, period! You can keep buying traffic till the cows come home, but if you are receiving no conversion for your money, you are throwing your money down the drain. Also, when your alloted traffic is complete, down go your visitors and you have to keep feeding your money down the toilet. ( This route is a never ending process and if you have money to throw down the toilet, then more power to you!! )
A lot of people don't realize that Targeted Traffic takes a long time to build ( Im talking months and months of using proven SEO Techniques. ) It needs to be a gradual process, otherwise Google will Red-Flag your ass.
Its no secret that the majority of Traffic on the internet comes from Search Engines ( not by using PPC and Banner Ads ), specifically Google, MSN, and Yahoo, so why not concentrate you efforts on attracting visitors from these locations??
First off, you need to revisit your website's Keywords and do some On-Site Optimization before trying to attack the Big Three.
Then, make your site attractive to Google Spiders so they will rank your website favorably. Yes, there are ways of doing this, but the key is doing it gradually so as not to rouse Google. Hope this helps!

Yeah, I am cautious as well about such offers.... but who knows ;)
$150 doesn't seem to me so so expensive, anyway....
