Spitzer call girl sues 'Girls Gone Wild' for $10 million
MIAMI — The call girl linked to the downfall of former New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer sued the founder of the "Girls Gone Wild" series on Monday for $10 million, claiming he exploited her image and name to advertise the racy videos.
Ashley Alexandra Dupre, 22, contended in the lawsuit that she was only 17 -- too young to sign legally binding contracts -- and drunk on spring break in 2003 when she agreed to be filmed for "Girls Gone Wild" in Miami Beach.

My guess. This is all set up to give GGW more press.
And no, she doesn't have a leg to stand on if this case is real. She posed on film with fake id and then they never put her on the video, nor have they shown her topless in any of the pictures that they have released. The judge will most likely laugh in her face and tell her that her music is worse that Heidi Montag's. They may even flip her a quarter and tell her to go buy a clue.

she doesn't have a case really? its real simple she is on their site, their site is an adult site she is not 18 in the photos they are using ergo they are using underage girls to promote their site naked or not they are using cp to promote their site and I think they are scum for doing it and I hope they go down hard. After Phoenix and this and all the other bullshit stunts they pull I cannot wait for them to go bye bye and No I did not attend their party in Phoenix I know that is their argument against anyone who comes out against them.

She has no case what so ever..... What has GGW done? Posted up a video from one of their parties? Perfectly legally. She might have been underage, but it has no nudity in it.
It's no different than me taking a video of one of my parties and putting online.

I beg to differ yes you can take a video of one of you parties and put it online even if there are girls in the video under the age of 17 that is absolutely fine but you take that video put into cherrypimps tours well now you would have an issue even though there is no nudity in the videos its what you are using the videos to promote that is dangerously playing in the gray area.
