what is the deal with models - PIMPBOARD

Hey everyone as you know I am new to the adult industry! I am the Talent Manager for Camdough :). I

every minute of my job; The only thing I can complain about is I can't get these models to show up to there interviews. I would think if you have an opportunity to make some good money you would at least show up. What's the Deal? Anyone have any suggestions for me?

No, none of us know ho w to get models to show up on time. If you figure it out you'll be a few steps ahead of the rest of us.

Some models just do that, and it's hard to find reliable ones that are not flaky. Let them know you are serious about being on time and if they can't be serious and show up late tell them they get payed less for that because it is an inconvenience for you and an opportunity to make some easy cash for them. Models don't understand the professionalism that comes with the industry unless they have been around people in the industry or the industry itself for a little while.

Glad i dont have to deal with this anymore. You have to shoot the model as soon as she calls you, no matter what time it is, after that they have to much time to think about it and then come the following:

My Dog ate my car keys

My Dad is sick and i have to look after him

I had no missed calls from you on my phone

My Dog ate my phone

I just got my period

My mother killed my father

My Mother killed my dog

I told my family and they dont want me to do it

I have just fallen pregnant

My dog has its period

I want an extra $1000 if i am to open my legs

I have lots, lots more.

Our BEST models are the college girls, girl-next-doors who have never done this or been nude or anything. They show up early, are excited and gitty, fun, etc...

adult pro-am models... eh... you never know

Ugh i know the feeling. I have been shooting models and recruiting them for 5 years now and even being a female I find it hard to get girls to show on time. Seems worse in the summer. They all just wanna go out in the sun. Mondays always seem the best days though. That is when people are motivated to find jobs and make money it seems.

Nope, for real. It was grilled instead of fried, though. I wouldn't eat it again though, unless it was at a party and it was the only meat.
